Upwork review, 2025
“We have worked with Hassan multiple times and we cannot speak highly enough about him. Thank you for completing this project for us. Do not hesitate to hire Hassan, if he says he can do it, he will.”
TicketsOnSale.com is an independent resale marketplace for concert, sports and theater tickets. Late in 2024 its team added a Meta pixel through Google Tag Manager and asked Shahzada, now Crisper's founder, who had handled their Google tracking since 2023, to check it before they spent more on Meta.
Checked, rebuilt, then launched
His review found two problems. Pageviews would count twice for buyers, and purchases carried only the value and currency. There was no server-side feed through the Conversions API. The team paused Meta spend until it was fixed.
In January 2025 he built a server-side container on a subdomain of the site's own domain and sent PageView, InitiateCheckout and Purchase to Meta from both the browser and the server. The checkout runs on a supplier's platform, so the supplier's developers added customer details to the purchase data, and he read them in Google Tag Manager for matching.
Before launch he found that the pixel he had been given was not the one installed on the site, and moved the setup to the right one. He asked them to hold the ads until Meta showed browser and server events deduplicating and customer details arriving, which it did on 31 January 2025.
Later in 2025 the team brought him back to audit the container for old tags and to give parking purchases their own Google Ads conversion.
Facts come from the Upwork project threads and Jason's public Upwork review. There is no ad-performance number here: Meta ads were paused while the setup was built. A tracking project by Shahzada Ali Hassan, Crisper's founder.
