Refund Policy

The short version

Every domain on Crisper comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you ask within 30 days of the first payment for a domain, we refund that payment in full. You don't need to give a reason. Separately, we keep working with you until it is fixed, for as long as you stay.

1. The free trial

Each eligible domain starts with a 7-day free trial. Checkout collects a payment method, but nothing is charged during the trial. Cancel before it ends and you pay nothing, so there is nothing to refund. One trial per domain.

2. What the guarantee covers

• The first paid charge for each domain. That is the first payment after the trial ends, or the first payment for a domain that did not have a trial.
• The window is 30 days from the date of that charge.
• Each domain has its own 30 days. A client domain you add later is covered from its own first charge.
• No conditions. You don't have to show that tracking failed or tell us why.
• Full amount. We refund what you were charged for that domain, including any tax collected on it.

3. What it does not cover

• Renewals after the first charge for a domain. You can cancel any renewal at any time from your billing settings, and the subscription stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
• Requests made more than 30 days after the first charge for that domain.

If you prepaid a year for a domain, that annual payment is its first charge and is covered in full within the 30 days.

4. How to ask for a refund

1. Email marketing@crisper.io from the email address on your Crisper account.
2. Tell us which domain the refund is for.
3. We confirm by email and issue the refund to the original payment method. Your bank usually shows it within 5 to 10 business days.

When we issue the refund, the subscription for that domain is cancelled and its tracking stops. Your other domains are not affected.

If something looks wrong on a charge, please email us before disputing it with your bank. We can usually fix it faster.

5. Who pays, and who gets the refund

If a clinic pays for its domain through a client pay link, the refund goes back to the card the clinic used. The agency or the clinic can ask for it, using the account email or the email on the payment.

6. Your rights

This policy adds to the rights you have under the law where you live. It does not take any of them away. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

7. Changes

If we change this policy, the version in effect on the date of your charge applies to that charge.
