Meta has categorized the domain under a restricted source category (often Health & Wellness). Ads can still run, but conversion data from that domain is limited or suppressed — so Lead and Purchase stop being usable for optimization even while your forms keep getting leads. Official overview: Meta's data sharing restrictions help.
Depth varies by domain. Core Setup strips custom parameters and URL path/query — URL-based conversion actions break. Standard event blocks or makes Lead, Schedule, and similar events unusable for optimization. Full domain means nothing from that domain reaches Meta, not even PageView. Crisper recovers usable Lead and Purchase events at all three levels.
Open Events Manager for the pixel or dataset tied to your website. Go to Manage Data Source Categories, then match Health & Wellness (or related) categorization, suppressed events, or "data sharing restrictions applied" / "Your data is restricted."
No. The restriction sits on the domain. Standard Conversions API and DIY server-side setups still send events Meta suppresses when the domain is categorized. Those Lead and Purchase events still need to be usable for optimization.
No. Renames and custom event names alone don't clear a domain categorization or restore usable Lead and Purchase. Meta uses the data source category to decide which data it accepts from the domain, regardless of what you name a Purchase event.
No. Crisper recovers Lead and Purchase on your existing restricted domain. You don't need a new domain or a redirect landing page.
No. The restriction is on the domain, so a new pixel on the same domain inherits it. We work with the pixel you have and recover the standard events on that domain.
Yes. Your ads keep pointing at the website you already run. You don't need a new domain, a redirect landing page or a pixel reset.
Generic server-side tagging often still shows zero usable conversions under a data sharing restriction. Crisper recovers Lead and Purchase so Meta can use them for optimization on the restricted domain.
Meta's data sharing restriction sits on the domain, not the pixel or ad account. A new pixel on the same restricted domain still can't deliver usable Lead and Purchase. Crisper recovers those events server-side on your existing domain, without a reset.
You can appeal while we work on recovery. Appeals rarely restore usable optimization events. Recover Lead and Purchase now so ad sets aren't stuck in learning limited while the appeal runs.
What reaches Meta is a standard event for your existing pixel. Contact details are hashed on our server, the way Meta requires, and the details Meta restricts, like the product list and form free text, are removed before the event leaves. Crisper doesn't lift the restriction or change the category Meta assigned, so keep any category review running. No one can promise how Meta will treat an ad account, and we don't.
Meta can suppress events from a restricted domain even when CAPI is configured correctly. Crisper recovers Lead and Purchase so Meta can use them for optimization.
Here's what crosses. Meta receives a standard event (Lead or Purchase), an event id, the ad click id, and match keys (email, phone, name) SHA-256 hashed on the server, which is the format Meta requires. Hashing is a transport format, not anonymisation: regulators treat hashed identifiers from a patient form as identifiable, so whether you may send them is a question for your counsel. Form free text, reason for visit, and treatment details aren't mapped into the event, and Crisper doesn't re-inject the URL paths or custom parameters Meta strips on restricted domains. Crisper is not a substitute for your HIPAA program — covered-entity status, patient authorization, and BAA needs sit with you and your counsel. Bring your compliance contact to the setup call and we walk through the field map.
Usually not. Every trial includes a setup call on your first domain, and we set it up with you. If a developer or agency holds your DNS or website login, ask them for access before the call, or bring them to it.
The core recovery path is Meta Lead and Purchase after a data sharing restriction. Google Ads and GA4 stay connected as integrations; they aren't the restriction problem this offer solves.
Health & wellness businesses running Meta ads on their own domain: clinics, treatment centers, med spas and practices. Agencies running ads for those businesses, and ecommerce brands pushing for Purchase, are welcome too. We don't buy ads or make creative, we don't get the restriction itself removed, we don't teach the system or coach, and we don't white-label.
No. Crisper recovers usable conversion events so Meta can optimize again. You, your team or your agency still run ad buying and creative.
Setup takes about 5 minutes once you have DNS access, the ad account, and access to install the tracking snippets. Events show in Events Manager within about 30 minutes once tracking is installed and firing. Every trial includes a setup call on your first domain; checkout collects a payment method.
Once Lead and Purchase are usable again, Meta still needs optimization volume (~50 events / 7 days per ad set to stay healthy). Delivery improves as learning limited clears — expect a ramp, not an instant ROAS reset on day one.
Most businesses come to us after resets and learning limited have already burned spend. Crisper doesn't clear an ad-account ban, but recovering usable Lead and Purchase is how you stop flying blind while you stabilize delivery.
Lead and Purchase usable in Events Manager for optimization, ad sets leaving learning limited, and room to scale spend without your leads vanishing from Meta. Ads Manager stops showing zero while your forms fill.
Your subscription includes a 30-day money-back guarantee. We keep working with you until it is fixed. You can also cancel any time in the 7-day trial.

No. Most paying customers run one domain. Start with yours on Recovery, and we set it up with you on the call.
Compare it to flying blind. One business spending about $300/day on Meta had around $1,000/day of revenue going unattributed; it was recovered within two weeks. Weigh $297 against a month of learning limited on your ad spend.
The clinic. Send a client pay link — they fund the subscription while your agency keeps the org and multi-site control.
The mechanism is simple: recover usable Lead and Purchase on the restricted domain so Meta can optimize again. Paying agencies already run multiple clinic domains under one org. Start with one client domain on Recovery.
Show them what crosses to Meta, never a compliance badge: a standard event, an event id, the ad click id, and match keys hashed on the server the way Meta requires. Form free text and treatment details aren't mapped. Covered-entity status and BAA needs sit with the clinic and its counsel; bring their compliance contact to the setup call and we walk through the field map.
20% of what a business you referred pays Crisper, counted after refunds, on every domain they add, for 12 months from their first payment. Each commission waits 30 days (the client's money-back window), then it is due. Due balances of $100 or more are paid on the 1st of the month by PayPal or Wise.
Both work. Refer them when the clinic should own its account: they pay list price, you earn the commission, nothing to manage. Run it yourself when you want every client domain under your org with the client pay link funding each one. A domain under your own org is never a referral.
Your link remembers you in their browser for 90 days, and the code is attached when their new account adds its first website. If they signed up after a conversation instead of a click, tell us within 30 days and we attach the referral by hand. Your Referrals page in the dashboard lists every referred site and every commission.
