Implementation recovery
Google Tag Manager Help: conversions started counting again
LogMyCare's custom site was losing UTM parameters and missing key conversions in GA4 and Meta. Over a 20-day engagement, we overhauled their GTM container—implementing click-URL triggers, fixing attribution breaks, and building a repeatable process so the client can spin up new conversion tags on demand.

What was broken
- UTM parameters stripped by redirects, breaking session attribution
- No dynamic process to roll out new conversion tags
- Client needed reliable GA4 & Meta event data without manual upkeep
What we rebuilt
- 01Implemented click-URL triggers in GTM for all key CTAs
- 02Documented & trained client on on-the-fly tag creation
- 03Set up Slack channel for real-time support and iterative tweaks
What started working again
- Full restoration of GA4 & Meta conversion tracking across the site
- Accurate source/medium attribution with no session resets
- Client now self-sufficient: can add new conversion events instantly
“This guy is one of the best.. I came back 2 years later and he's still amazing. Can't wait to work with him again.”
