GTM Ecommerce Troubleshooting: conversions started counting again

A custom‐built e-commerce site was showing revenue in GTM Preview and GA4 real-time but not in the standard reports. In a focused one-hour Zoom session, we crafted custom JavaScript variables to simulate the missing dataLayer parameters and restored full revenue visibility, allowing the client to calculate ROAS accurately.
