Booking tracking configured the day access came through
Upwork review, January 2024
“Shahzada is by far the most comprehensive, transparent and skilled analytics expert I've worked with (and I've used many over the years). He managed to save me money by understanding the problem and doing such an efficient job. …”

Albatross, James Wilkinson's agency, ran free beginner-golf campaigns for Hounslow Golf Park, and the bookings it paid for happened inside an Acuity scheduling embed that GA4 could not see. Most of the work was on Hounslow. Horton Park Golf Club in Epsom got a copy of the same setup the next week.
Bookings GA4 could not see
Albatross ran beginner golf campaigns for Hounslow Golf Park. The offer was a free starter session, booked online through Acuity Scheduling, with an enquiry form on a second page.
Acuity runs inside an iframe, so the booking happens on Acuity's page, not the park's. GA4 never saw it. James had bought a ready-made Acuity tracking container for Google Tag Manager and installed it, but could not get it working in GA4's debug mode.
He also needed a report the club could read: leads, bookings and traffic source for each page.
Configured the day access came through
Access came through on the morning of 7 December 2023. By that afternoon Shahzada, now Crisper's founder, had the tracking configured and a handover document sent. A script in Acuity's conversion field passes each booking from the iframe to the page, and Tag Manager sends it to GA4 as an event.
On 13 December he built a Looker Studio report with leads, Acuity bookings and source for each Hounslow page, and fixed a filter that had hidden the booking event.
The same day James asked for the setup at Horton Park Golf Club, which had one page and only Acuity. James added the script to Horton's Acuity account, and Shahzada updated GA4, cloned the report and confirmed a test booking came through. The missing sections of the Horton report went in on 12 January 2024.
Facts come from the Upwork project thread, Horton Park's live booking page and James Wilkinson's public review. A tracking project by Shahzada Ali Hassan, Crisper's founder.

“Hassan resolved a complex GTM issue in just one hour, after I had spent nearly a month working with Google Support with no success. His expertise is exceptional, and I highly recommend his services!”
