- CustomerLabs alternative
The CustomerLabs alternative that keeps Purchase called Purchase.
If you run a clinic, a service business or a store and Meta has restricted your domain, here is what each tool asks you to change. CustomerLabs keeps your domain, but takes the browser pixel off your site and renames standard events, such as Purchase to Pur_1. Crisper keeps your pixel and standard event names. From each company's own published pages as of October 2026.
Payment method required · one trial per domain · 7 days to cancel · 30-day money-back guarantee

CustomerLabs
October 2026
- Price unit
- Plans from $129/mo (Growth) to $999/mo (Agency Premium), billed in usage units for events collected, events delivered to each destination, and data scanned and stored.[2][3]
- Events included
- Growth includes 500,000 usage units a month. Each event collected uses 0.4 and each delivery 0.2 per destination. Extra packs of 500,000 units cost $27.25.[3]
- Free trial
- 14 days, per their sign-up docs; the pricing page gives no length. Whether a card is needed is not published.[2][5]
- Refunds
- Fees are non-refundable except as stated in an order form, the terms, or required by law.[4]
- CustomerLabs bills usage units, not domains, and each event sent to several destinations counts once per destination. Crisper prices each tracking subdomain (one per website).
- Their pricing page does not say which plan includes the health and wellness setting.
What happens to each event on the way to Meta
From each company's own description. Crisper's list is what its recovery layer does to every event; CustomerLabs's is what its own published pages describe.
Crisper
- Location matching
- Meta gets city, zip and country on every event, even when your form doesn't ask for an address.
- Returning-visitor matching
- Details a visitor gave earlier, like the email on a lead form, are added to their later events.
- Ad-blocker-resistant loading
- Tracking loads from your own subdomain, so it is more resistant to ad blockers.
- Safari click-ID recovery
- On Safari, ad click cookies that the browser cleared are restored when the visitor comes back.
- Items dropped
- The product list and the form's free text are dropped before the event leaves.
- Bot scoring
- Every request is scored for bot signals on the way, and the score travels with the event.
Plus a fallback visitor ID when cookies are gone.
CustomerLabs
- Removes the browser pixel; events go to Meta through the Conversions API only.[1]
- Strips path segments and query parameters that contain health terms from URLs.[1]
- Renames standard events, such as Purchase to Pur_1. Their pages give different names for AddToCart.[1][16]
- Hashes email and phone with SHA-256, and redacts sensitive fields one by one.[1][14]
- Can hold events until the visitor has given consent; this is switched on per destination.[1][13]
