A Dubai dental clinic's Meta events went quiet in June 2025, then came back through the Conversions API.

Zenon Dental Clinic in Dubai offers implants, veneers and orthodontics, and an agency ran its Meta ads. In June 2025 the clinic's site was under a Meta restriction, and the events reaching Meta had almost stopped.

A restricted clinic, and a dataset gone quiet

Zenon is a dental clinic in Jumeirah 2, Dubai. Its Meta ads were run by an agency, Apollo Media.

Meta puts health businesses like dental clinics in a restricted category and limits what their sites can share. In June 2025, Apollo Media told Shahzada, now Crisper's founder, that the clinic had a restriction and that this was the problem they needed solved.

Events Manager shows the clinic's events falling to almost nothing from about 4 June. A free audit on 13 June also found no Meta pixel firing on the site, so the restriction was not the only gap.

What was done

The clinic's owner paid on 19 June 2025. The same day, a server-side tracking container was set up on the clinic's own subdomain.

The clinic's web developer swapped the site's old tracking code for the new loader. On 24 June, events were reaching Events Manager through the Conversions API, alongside the pixel.

The next day, the agency told the developer that everything was tracking fine.

What the screens show

After the setup, the Events Manager line climbs back from near zero and passes 1,000 events on one day in late June.

Ads Manager, on the same 24 ads, later reported 4 website leads on AED 1,861.97 of spend. Neither Ads Manager screen shows its dates.

The setup ran until December 2025, when the container was switched off. The agency asked for the same setup on the owner's second business, and Anthony hired Shahzada again at his next company.

There is no public client review. Recovered in 2025 by Shahzada Ali Hassan, Crisper's founder, with a custom server-side setup, before the Crisper app existed.
