Clinic leave-behind
What working looks like
Before/after checklist: usable Lead / Schedule again — not a green GTM checkbox alone.
Set the success bar before verify
One sentence
Facebook was still charging ads but stopped counting leads and bookings. Working means those leads and bookings show up again in the ads reports so you can tell which ads to keep — not another empty screenshot while the front desk is busy.
Before vs after
| Before (restricted) | After (working) |
|---|---|
| Ads keep spending. Ads Manager / Events Manager looks dead or stuck at zero leads. | Leads and bookings from those ads show up again as usable conversions. |
| Front desk / forms / CRM still move. The report does not match the business. | The report starts matching what the business is actually doing. |
| You cannot tell which ads to keep, pause, or scale — you’re flying blind. | Meta can use Lead / Schedule (and related events that matter) for optimization again. |
| Another pixel, ad account, or “CAPI installed” screenshot didn’t fix the empty dashboard. | You have a before/after picture: empty or suppressed → counts moving while spend is live. |
Cash-register analogy: ads kept running; the receipts stopped printing. Working = usable receipts again — not a new cash-register brand on the same storefront.
What to look for (plain English)
1. Events Manager — the conversions that matter
- Lead and/or Schedule (and related events you optimize on) are usable again — not stuck at zero while the phone and forms still move.
- Counts move over a normal day or two of live ads, in the same window when real inquiries happen.
2. Ads Manager — can you steer budget again?
- Reporting is no longer “always zero” while the clinic is busy.
- You can start judging campaigns by real leads / bookings again — not by spend alone.
- Do not expect a promised ROAS or CPA percentage on day one. The win is the feedback loop back online.
3. Until in-product verification ships
An in-product “tracking is live” check is proposed — not live yet. Until then, treat Events Manager (plus a stack-check call when depth is messy) as the source of truth.
What does not count as “working”
| Not enough | Why |
|---|---|
| Green GTM / “tags firing” checkbox alone | Tools can look healthy while Meta still cannot use Lead / Schedule. |
| “CAPI installed” with Events Manager still at 0 leads | Same toolbox words, different job. |
| New pixel / ad account / domain on the same restriction | Resets often fail when the limit rides the domain. |
| Promised ROAS / CPA % charts from other vendors | Not Crisper proof. |
Quick owner checklist
- We saved a before screenshot (empty / restricted / zero Lead·Schedule while the business moved).
- After setup, Lead and/or Schedule counts move while ads are live.
- Front desk / forms activity and the Meta report no longer tell opposite stories.
- We are not calling it done because a tag manager turned green.
- If depth was messy, we did (or scheduled) a stack-check call.
- We know Recovery list is $297/mo; appeals can still run in parallel as Plan B.
Next step
| Path | When |
|---|---|
| Start 7-day trial | Path is clear; first eligible site/org; card required |
| Book a Call | Restriction depth unclear, resets already failed, or you want diagnosis first |
| Client pay link | Your agency operates the account — you fund Stripe; they keep the org |
List: Recovery $297/mo · Growth $597 · Scale $1,497
Do not say
- Invented EMQ % lifts — directional only if Meta shows it
- Vendor ROAS/CPA case stats as Crisper proof — trust
- Gateway / bypass / backup-domain framing — out of scope
- Claiming in-product verification as live today — still proposed
Next step
Start Recovery when the path is clear. Book a Call when restriction depth is messy. Agencies: send the client pay link so the clinic funds Stripe while you keep the org.
